PROMOTION PERIOD: NOVEMBER 2, 2026, 9:00 AM PT – NOVEMBER 8, 2026, 11:59:59 PM PT.

2. Not Affiliated with Instagram; Release of Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. (together, "Instagram"). By entering, each entrant fully and completely releases Instagram, and its parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to this promotion or any prize. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor, not to Instagram. Direct all questions, comments, or complaints to Sponsor, not to Instagram.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alabama and Mississippi, who are at least eighteen (18) years old (nineteen (19) in Nebraska) at the time of entry. Not eligible: Sponsor's owners, members, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, and anyone involved in creating or administering this promotion (including Sponsor's web, social-media, and on-camera contractors), and the immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses) and household members of each. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Promotion Period

The promotion begins Monday, November 2, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time (or when the giveaway post is published on @intimatemoments1, if later) and ends Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Comments posted outside the Promotion Period are not entries.

5. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, (a) follow @intimatemoments1 on Instagram, and (b) post a public comment on Sponsor's giveaway post naming your pick: MINT, WAND or GELATO. Following, commenting, and creating an Instagram account are free. Your entry is your first comment on the giveaway post during the Promotion Period that contains exactly one of the words MINT, WAND or GELATO (any capitalization). That word sets the prize you would receive if selected. Comments with none of the three words, or with more than one, are not entries. You may delete and repost before the Promotion Period ends; your earliest remaining qualifying comment counts. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account. Extra comments do not add entries, and Sponsor may disqualify all entries by a person using multiple accounts. Tagging others or sharing the post is not required and does not add entries. Entries are void if they come from fake, automated, or bulk-created accounts; contain sexually explicit language, hate speech, harassment, spam, links, or personal information; impersonate another person; or otherwise violate Instagram's Community Guidelines. Sponsor may hide or remove such comments.

6. Winner Selection

On Monday, November 9, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, using a random number generator (e.g., random.org) applied to a numbered list of eligible entries. The drawing is recorded for Sponsor's records. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification, Verification, and Delivery

Sponsor will announce the winner by Instagram username in @intimatemoments1 Stories on or about November 9, 2026, and will contact the potential winner only by direct message (DM) from @intimatemoments1. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, card details, or a password, and will never contact winners from any other account. If an account claims you won and asks for money or a "shipping fee," it is an impostor; please report it.

Within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor's first DM, the potential winner must (a) confirm by DM that they are 18 or older (19 or older in Nebraska) and meet these Official Rules, and (b) provide a shipping address in an eligible state or choose in-store pickup at Sponsor's San Bernardino store.

Before the prize is released, the potential winner must verify their age with a valid government-issued photo ID, either shown at in-store pickup or shared by DM with everything except name, photo, and date of birth covered. Sponsor will delete any ID image within seven (7) days after verification. The name on the ID must match the shipping name. Prizes ship only to a U.S. street address in an eligible state (no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarders), in plain, unmarked packaging with no product description on the outside, by standard ground service. Sponsor is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after carrier acceptance. In-store pickup must occur during business hours within thirty (30) days after verification.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, fails age verification, is found ineligible, or the prize is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited, and Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternates. If no alternate qualifies by December 1, 2026, the prize will not be awarded.

8. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded in total (not one per product). The winner receives the one product named in their eligible entry comment:

• MINT: one (1) Doc Johnson Ritual Chi rechargeable vibrator in Mint. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $69.99.
• WAND: one (1) VeDO extra-mini rechargeable wand (Eeny (turquoise), Meeny (purple), Miny (pink) or Moe (black)), color of winner's choice from available stock. ARV: $49.99.
• GELATO: one (1) System JO Gelato water-based flavored lubricant, Creme Brulee, 4 oz. ARV: $24.99.

Maximum total ARV of all prizes offered: $69.99. ARV is Sponsor's regular retail price as of October 25, 2026. Prizes are new, sealed, in original manufacturer packaging, and come only with the manufacturer's warranty, if any. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor pays standard U.S. ground shipping.

9. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance regardless of which product is named. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win; standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

10. Thank-You Code (not a prize)

After the Promotion Period, Sponsor will send each eligible entrant a discount code by Instagram DM, generally by November 10, 2026. The code is a thank-you, not a prize, and receiving it does not mean you won. Code PICK15: 15% off the item subtotal of one (1) order placed in the online store at intimatemoments.org (shipping and taxes are not discounted); valid November 9, 2026 through December 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT; online store only, not valid in store; one use per customer; no minimum purchase; sale items are eligible; gift cards are excluded; cannot be combined with any other discount or code (including IGVIP15 and WELCOME15); not valid on prior purchases; no cash value; not transferable or for resale; online purchases are limited to adults 18+ and subject to the store's standard terms. Sponsor may void codes obtained through fraud or multiple accounts. Making a purchase, with or without the code, does not affect the odds of winning.

11. Privacy

Sponsor collects your Instagram username and comment, and from the winner, name, shipping address, and age-verification information, only to run this promotion, deliver the prize, and send the thank-you code. Sponsor does not sell this information or share it for others' marketing. ID images are deleted within seven (7) days after verification. See also Sponsor's privacy policy at https://intimatemoments.org/policies/privacy-policy. Instagram's privacy policy governs your use of Instagram.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner's Instagram username (not legal name or city) and the prize won in Sponsor's Instagram Stories and posts, without further compensation. No other use of the winner's name, image, or likeness will be made without separate written consent.

13. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If fraud, technical problems, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control affects the integrity or proper operation of the promotion, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and, if cancelled, may select a winner from eligible entries received before cancellation.

13A. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Sponsor and its members, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind (including personal injury, property damage, or claims related to the use or misuse of any prize) arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Prizes are provided "as is" with only the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Follow the manufacturer's instructions (for example, check lubricant compatibility with toy materials and condoms, and charge devices only with the supplied cable). The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, Instagram outages, comments that Instagram fails to display or deletes, lost or late entries or DMs, or errors in these rules or promotional materials. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ARV OF THE PRIZE, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13B. Disputes; Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California (or in small claims court where eligible). If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
